I went to the dental clinic yesterday for scaling, polishing, and whitening treatment. I’ve been having sensitive teeth recently, but Dr. Haziq and his assistant were incredibly gentle throughout the whole procedure. I didn’t feel any pain or sensitivity at all! The doctor kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any discomfort. I really appreciate their care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Appointment booking: Smooth process via Whatsapp. Using AI, prompt jelas & easy to make booking. Later, they will send another appointment details for confirmation. Booked for scaling Opening Time: Can go after working hours, I booked for 6.30pm slot on weekday Appointment: I arrive slightly early. Get to see Dr Haziq at 6.30pm. Pleasantly suprised at this point, because at other dental clinic usually need to wait longer. Finished scaling at 7pm. Dr Haziq: Good at explanation & soft spoken, listen to your dental concerns Dental assistant: Good service & attentive if water splash to the face Clinic environment: Clean, have TV at ceiling, quite nice. Plus point: I notice the chair’s spring is not squeaky, makes hearing sound more comfortable. - 12/22/2025
